    Honestly I don't know why he hates it, I guess everyone's experience is different but it works for me and they treat me right.

    Local is much different then OTR.He has enough to do with his routes but dispatch is always asking him to do extra for some lazy drivers then that puts him behind on his other assigned routes..

    Just an FYI, but Elite Pass doesn't work in Oklahoma or Oregon, and I think Idaho (not sure about them).

    Update, still with k&b things are great! Same as before no complaints. Still haven't been woken up on 10hr break. Had a pay increase to .50cpm new truck and 2 weeks paid vacation. Seems as if the story of how bad they are unravels
