I don't tend to believe gossip on online forums without some credible proof, however I do get apprehensive when there appears to be a lot of unhappy folks. I doubt I'll ever find out.

 

For every 12-20 happy employees, there's going to be an unsatisfied one. Seems pretty obvious to me. Maybe not to everyone else. I wish you better than myself and I'm doing amazing.

Upset and angry drivers tend to post more often in here. This forum is not a real measure of how good or bad companies really are. I like my driving job with Walmart, it fits my hometime needs and money is above average. All driving jobs have issues, I hate it when I have to sit because PeopleNet has issues and I can't get a load or when I get to a customer and it takes 2 hours for everyone to figure out that the load was already picked up days ago. Still better than most places.

I don't judge a company strictly off only hearing the negatives. There's unhappy people everywhere, it's a given. I'm not however, interested in corporate non sense which is why I avoid most large companies, regardless of positive or negative reviews. Glad you guys are doing well.
