Both will be ticketed but red trucks ticket will likely be higher . BC is tired of people blocking passes in passing lanes because the passer continues even when the passing lane ends causing this situation. CNTL is famous for speeding up and causing huge line ups behind them which in turn causes 4 wheelers and trucks to pass stupidly .

You got it right. I know exactly where this is, and the passing lane is about a mile long. Buddy in red truck was doing 90 hugging the line like a prick which makes me think he was on the left side the whole way through like a ####ing ####

Based on what you are saying. The white truck could also be governed slower than the Red truck and carrying a light load. So the only reason he's passing is due to the hill. Then the Red truck is going to get stuck behind the white truck. Which should not have passed.

Since we don't have all the facts. It's a tie. White shouldn't pass due to the hill and red shouldn't hammer down once white is passing.

But just like chicken. Everyone looses in a tie.

By not seeing the full video, who is to say the red truck wouldn’t let him back over, could’ve been passing in a passing zone, Red accelerated, not letting white over, who is to say White tried to slow to fall back and so did Red.
I’ve seen it before, which is why governed trucks are so dangerous.
