Just had the same problem fixed.

Its in the tendons from elbow to wrist on the underside.

My chiropractor released several of them, and used Chinese cupping to tear the fascia muscle apart from the tendons.

Quite painful, but worked a charm. No more pain.

He's about the best chiropractor I've ever found. Does DOT physical exams too.

Its completely driving related from steering wheel grip - shifting, 5th wheel release, Dolly manipulation, air line hooks.

If it were not for this post you could have filed a workman's comp claim at your new company, after a few weeks, to get free physical therapy!

    Rookies!

But seriously. Issues in the first weeks of driving is not good. I have a bad clutch knee and shifter elbow, but they did not surface until I was driving in Chicago traffic all day, all year.

I am getting PT and at only week three I can see results. (Plus the therapist is very cute)

And two weeks ago I got into an Ishift Volvo automatic. That should help me greatly.

Shift very lightly, as if your hand is paralyzed. This lets the stick take the path of least resistance. Also learn to float gears so you aren't killing your left knee
