Soundbound Cicero Ave Scale

There's a DOT scale there? I only knew of the public scale at Citgo.

 

I'm assuming portable. Kinda in the worst spot with traffic. But like what they do with Bedford park, just nadding containers leaving the rail

 

wouldnt their time be better spent staking out that hotel across the street on the ogden side its nothing but a prostitution ring

 

The first time I dropped at global 2, I bobtailed home to Touhy in Chicago. I went up Manheim, and saw a billboard above one skanky motel saying that Johns would be arrested! I thought to myself "what kind of dumpy town is this?"

 

got nabbed before there for a paperwork inspection. they scaled me and just said give me your paperwork, might aswell check you out.

i've learnt one thing, there's weigh stations then there's portable scales at the places you WOULD never expect............... they can literally pop out at places you would never expect. they're notorious for portables near 47th st....

 

Guess I picked a good day to be in Indiana!!!!....going in and coming out of ConGlobal had to be fun!!!!

 

Who's running the portables? State or county? Chicago used to try that stuff with public safety officers. If there wasn't a cop car present we would just go around then and not pull in or stop. They liked to set up in western near 47th.

Last night was some type of blitz seen at least 30 trucks hemmed up across the Dan Ryan from 39 to 63 then seen a semi driver shot in the head toward 95 Chicago expressways just as dangerous as the streets
