I'm currently looking for a major carrier or company that will help me finish getting my CDL Class-A. I have a (90 in a 55) speeding ticket that's holding me back from finding a starter company and/or school. I have until October till this ticket becomes 3 years old. Truckers know where I'm getting at. I can't take it anymore guys and gals. I'm really wanting to hit the road a.s.a.p. Are there any suggestions for who to contact to help me with this problem before my CLP expires? It expires before the ticket does, just to add.
Speeding ticket holding me back!

Private CDL schools usually will take you. Have you tried.
That's a bad ticket.
If a cdl school demands you get pre-hire letters, they're easy to get. Craigslist and Facebook have trucking groups and some will give you pre-hire letter. Doesn't mean they'll hire you, but the letter will get you in school.
Contact all the cdl school in your area. Private schools, community college cdl programs, technical schools cdl programs.JohnnyOsake and Judge Thank this. -
Where is your location; state & nearest town/city?

The first lesson to learn in trucking is patience. October is 8 months away. Not that long. And with a 35 over , I highly doubt anybody would hire you.
