Speeding ticket in pov with cdl permit

So I got popped this morning trying to get around slow moving traffic. Same offramp I deal with every morning and it's nearly routine. Down shift in the GTO, get around to where traffic clears up and slow down...easy day.

Well this particular morning there happens to be a bike cop. Next thing I know,blue and reds in the rear. Normally, I wouldnt care but I do currently hold a CDL permit and are three weeks from taking my DMV road test. My question is, will this effect my CSA score or does that ticker not start until I officially hold a CDL ?

He wrote me a citation which pretty much means ticket,then again I'm still trying to figure out how California works. My main license is a Florida(active duty navy) but I have a pending California permit that wont cancel out my Florida license until I complete my cdl drive test (That's what the dmv tells me).

Not here to cry about the ticket,just wondering how bad (if at all) I just boned myself.

I have been doing research and he did use the license number on my permit/temporary class c. From what I can tell, I was "awarded" a 22349 (A) and no option for traffic school is checked on it. According to my recent H6,my record is clean,however, this is before they merged my driving record from Florida and Virginia. Florida has never showed a ticket I receieved from anywhere im the past. So at this point I'm genuinely curious.

Also, its San Diego county

 

Will do, the citation is definitely marked "non commercial" ,but the license class isn't marked,which could be good or bad.... My biggest concern is does a CSA score counter start with a permit or after the hard copy is received?

 

They didn't take my Florida one yet, that's what I'm saying. I just want to be sure I don't hurt my future CSA score at all.
