Squeaky Brakes

    All brand new brakes and drums were put on my company Volvo truck at Speedco in Franklin Kentucky 2 wks ago.

    They just started squeaking badly. Any solutions?

    I had a 2022 Freightliner that had squeaky brakes the entire time I had it. It sounded like I needed a brake job from the start. I think it's just how cheaply made parts are these days.

    Yup can confirm. Put new brakes in my pete when i got it. Squeeked since day one. Checked everything always squeeked. Changed to a diffrent brand of pad this year when they were due, no squeek.

    Some linings are more squeaky than others. I know the high weight rating/severe service ones we run on the dumps tend to squeak from about 30 down to the stop. Don’t matter what brand.
