Just got a run from MI to SoCal. Next few days are going to get interesting. Last time we went out west I was bit on my back by no-seeums. I hate those things! First time bit and I want to burn every single one of those things! I’m still itching and burning by those bites! I’m using After Bite and hydrocortisone and still miserable. We got 2 cans of 40% deet, strongest we could find.

No-seeums and no fun! They are so small that they even fit thru screens and they do bite and you know it for quite awhile. We refused to stay at a couple of rv parks when we found out that they had a problem with them. No thanks not for us. Hope you feel better soon.

Try calamine lotion, seems to work quite well on alot of those types of bites.

To register my pickup in California I’ve had to get it weighed before. You tell them what you’re doing and they know how to deal with it. Pretty common thing. Also RV’s do it to make sure they aren’t overweight with all of their junk in the trailer.

I scale my rv trailer when I first get it so I have my axle weights.

I then load up and scale again on the first trip to see how my weight is distributed and my gross weight.

I take the RV into the mountains and off road to get to where we camp and quad. 20260518_125007.jpg 20260518_124941.jpg

Ok, now I understand why someone would do this. I once saw a woman weigh her car but she got out and stood off the scale. Then she couldn’t figure out how to get it scaled.
