I’m starting at Schneider on Monday the 27th. The recruiter said I’d be in training for 2 weeks and then with a trainer on the road for a week. I’m really looking forward to coming there and getting back to work. Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Ohhhhhhh yeeeeaaaahhhh....I almost forgot.
Suggestion: keep a fresh can of WD-40 handy....whenever you are on duty.
Those cantankerous, sticky trailer door & tandem sliding mechanisms always seemed to take on a totally WHOLE NEW ATTITUDE -- if given a shot or two of that stuff...in the correct places.

2. Be respectful and polite.
3. Listen to what you're told / instructed
4. Ask as many questions as you have
Look, man. This isn't Nazi boot camp.....frankly, it's fairly laid back......but they do insist on your attention.

If I tell you to do something, do it and ask why later.
