Are you in Memphis?? Just curious. My badge says my home terminal is Edwardsville, IL. Will Schneider let you PC the truck on home-time or not? I’ve got a truck stop fairly nearby that they said I could leave it there for 34 or 48 reset. Cat scales there, free washers and dryers for truckers only. Showers there and a lounge too. I think they’ve got cameras up on the lot as well. It’s a MFA Breaktime on Militia Dr they just built about a year ago.

No PC for Schneider company drivers. As to taking the truck home, that will be a conversation you have with your dtl after training. General policy is the driver must live more than 50 miles from an authorized park location AND have a safe location to park.

How were you able to get it verified? I'm having the same issue with clearinghouse unable to verify my license because they have my license number with my old address. It won't let me update my address without contacting MA rmv, which they stated they updated it. I'm getting the run around from everyone and no one is getting back to me from fmcsa. It's preventing me from being hired at my new job.

State needs to get their info into the system. Call your local FMCSA and they’ll help

From my home OC in Edwardsville, Il. to my home is 156 miles. I very much appreciate your help and advice. Van is an awesome trainer BTW and so is Jeffery. Drove 63 miles today and felt at home in the drivers seat. Loving my time and training in W. Memphis!

It may be 156 miles from Edwardsville, but is it more than 50 miles from the nearest park location? There are drop lots all over the place (you can look them up on Compass) and Schneider has dedicated accounts that we can park OTR/regional guys at. Not to mention the yards of the various regional carriers Schneider has acquired in the last few years.

Your DTL will have the answer on this one. Glad you're enjoying training.
