    There is ZERO reason for you to ask a chest pounding POS that probably has never even seen the inside of a truck tell you how to operate safely.....
    End of conversation & if it comes to you being threatened, is when you go to who you need to to get these yit bags off your back.
    You do what you know is right & go about your business to stay safe & completely rested regardless.
    If for some reason some douche bag gets a bug up there ### & fires you, you will have no problem finding a job with a better company that won't knit pick about stupid yit specially after you explain why you got fired.

    Management at my OC is pushing it. Shop manager said, “Off the record, Run It!” SEM today when I called them said, “Run it.” So, tonight we going to be warm!

    Funny thing is the manager of our OC is telling me to not run it too. Our shop and everyone in the office had a meeting about this and so far the office is the one who is getting their way.

    Stop calling them and asking if you can run it....just run it. You need to sleep comfortably and that means heat.

    It is not like they are going home and turn ithe heat off and sleeping in the cold.

    Id start looking to transfer to another location or start looking for another company to run for.

    I’m going to actually do this. I was too tired to drive today and didn’t feel safe so we took today off. I got several hours of sleep today, ready to sleep Comfortably tonight so I can get some good miles in tomorrow. SAFELY!

    Exactly 1 month is all I need. Feb 3rd is my year in here. Just trying to not get fired before then. A much better place is right on the horizon and we can’t wait!! Ever get a 16¢ raise overnight? That’s what it will be from the start. I knew a guy who is on their “Legends Wall”, Bob Bender. He past away a few years back from cancer. He played Santa at the Dallas BassPro for many years. Awesome guy.
