I know it sucks you had to donate your time & efforts to keep them off your ### for a yr.
But at the end of that day you get the last laugh & thank them with 1 finger for the well deserved training that will get you where you need to be.
You got this don't let them guilt you into something stupid.

 

Not to burst your bubble but you’re with a mega now and thinking about going to another mega because a recruiter called you wanting you to come work for them? A good company will not come looking for drivers, you will have to work at getting on with a good company. Just take it slow and always do your research first!
And don’t burn your bridges!

 

Private fleets usually want 2-3 yrs experience and a clean record. Get that under your belt and get away from these megas.
