    @Roxy233
    Hi Roxy233,
    How are you?

    I was NOT referring to you getting mad, I was referring to the RECRUITERS getting mad.

    What trucking company are you currently driving for?

    God bless you and your family!

    God bless every American and their families! God bless the U.S.A.!

    Trucker-C2018 Thanks this.

    It kinda sounds religious don't it "Covenant" does that mean they pray for you before you start working for them? Some of us poor drivers need all the prayers we can get.

    Covenant was my first gig. Worked for em for a year and split. They hired me when some of the other big starter outfits wouldnt. Didnt get rich, but got experience. Cant say too much bad about em -

    If there's one thing I can't stand, it's an exposed common.

    I've also heard it's a safety hazard.

    Only if OSHA get's involved. Fortunately, I've been able to "fly under the radar', so to speak.....

    I have talked to Covenant's recruiter before and they wanted teams only.

    I filled out an application on line about a year ago, within a couple of days a recruiter called me back, we talked for a while, then I told her that I needed time to think about it. Decided not to go, called them back and told them, and since then, every so often, I get either a call or email from one of the recruiters, asking if I’m interested in joining. Have you thought, that maybe, just maybe, you may not meet their needs. Are you looking for solo or team driving position? They hire mostly team drivers, and have only a handful of solo drivers.

    Lonesome Thanks this.

    I'll never give up my dream of driving for Covenant! I can't wait to meet them! I hope they're all little and furry, just like on Halo.

    I never applied and they keep calling me trying to get me to drive for them. Just won’t take “No” for an answer.
