Cheer up mate! No one is chewing you out. Just trying to get a handle on your deal, and having a little fun.

Hey man, they don't call them "fleece purchase" for no reason.

Live and learn. At least it sounds like you got out fairly cheap?

    Lonesome and Tdgraham Thank this.

Yea no hard feelings I was refer to all the previous comments mainly but yea I've left to a different company im leased to now, im home more often and a 1400 mile run here is about only 350 to 400 miles one way pullin tanks so no complaints I just hate for someone to waste there time on heniff lease purchase if they decide to run out of charlotte idk about the other terminals

No I was LEASING a truck from HENIFF I got terminated! AFTER I GOT TERMINATED I WENT TO THE DEALER SHIP AND BOUGHT MY OWN TRUCK AND LEASED IT TO A DIFFERENT TANKER CARRIER.

I think the problem is your definition of lease.

So because you refused their crap rate load they terminated you? Are you allowed to refuse loads according to your contact?

    Tdgraham Thanks this.

Were you told "no forced dispatch" or was it in your contract? If it was in your contract then you have it in writing. If you were told "no forced dispatch" then your sol.
