I really can't.
They just went way above and beyond the call of duty. I really wasn't expecting their help, honestly.
It wasn't a legal issue or anything like that. T'was a personal matter.
I just can't share the details... Personal code of ethics and honor...
Sorry Kmac. I didn't mean to put salt in an open wound...KMac Thanks this. -
Took them two days to come up with that brilliance.Corporal_Clegg and Dryver Thank this. -
Phew. TOO close. Thanks to a detoured exit, got parked tonight with 1 minute to spare on my 11...
KMac Thanks this. -
I try to plan 15 - 20 minutes to get Parked, but it doesn't always happen.Last edited: Jul 11, 2013

Just to let y'all know we got a message via our peoplenet today saying that there is no more truck parking at Cabelas - Ft. Worth. The message said that they will start towing on Thursday. Dont know if that means today or next week.
Just wanted to pass the word.Corporal_Clegg, KMac and Emulsified Thank this. -
Guess they got tired of picking up the crap truck drivers throw out the window. A few bad apples ruin it for the good guys.
Emulsified, Corporal_Clegg and nascarchuck Thank this. -
Apparently, a driver spent the night on the side of the street. Before he left, he dumped 3 50g Hefty bags of garbage and 4 gallon jugs of urine on the grass... Just left 150 gallons of litter and 4 gallons of human bio-hazard on the side of the road for someone else to clean.
Geneva is not happy. I saw 6 drivers get tickets for parking in a no parking zone and one truck get towed because the driver left to go to Walmart.
The litter bug was obviously never in a Boy Scout type program (I was a Royal Ranger, myself)... First rule is "pack it in, pack it out."
The second rule is "left it in better condition than you found it."
These are camping rules, but they easily translate to truck parking, whether its a customer facility, rest area, truck stop, etc.
Put your garbage where it belongs, and pick up some litter... This ensures further usages, and makes it healthier and more enjoyable for everyone.
So that's my Green Hippie PSA.
Carry on...Corporal_Clegg, Rattlebunny and flue Thank this. -
