Ask your son if he is paid detention pay. Sitting around is common with refrigerated companies, but the driver is paid hourly pay for that.

Working at a company with an inhouse clinic/doctor is ripe with mismanagement. To maintain employment, you are stuck with their questionable diagnosis.

 

I came across a lady in Denver who had been with Stevens for a couple of years now and she loves it. All companies have ambassadors and complainers though. I'm guessing your son is a new driver. All companies check drivers for sleep apnea. What you laid out isn't out of the ordinary.

 

Stevens has many drivers that have been there for years.

 

Oh yea for sure. I can't imagine that they're as inefficient as outlined in the initial post. Sometimes with the companies, I'd sure love to hear the other side.
