    au contraire, mon frer!
At BYOB&CBD, run by no other than @TB John , known throughout the industry, and, for a matter of fact, known worldwide as Honest TB, a born leader, a man among men, the man, the myth, the legend, a person I'm proud to call mi Amigo, none of your so called "cabbage" is needed.
With the "little to no money down packages not offered by BYOB&CBD, an up and comer, a person wanting to be their own boss in this industry, a go getter like, well, maybe like you, can not sign up with no money down! That's right, you heard it here first! No money down not possible with us! I will leave all the details to Honest TB, he should be along shortly with more exciting news.

As my marketing manager so eloquently stated, cabage, long green, stacks of Benjamin's not needed here at BYOB&CBD, just the burning desire to Be Your Own Boss! Don't forget I have a large selection of eastern European flags to decorate your ride with. Also don't forget I'm offering to you the leasee the chance to make a little money at the end of your lease by offering to pay YOU for any upgrades you have made to my equipment.

Come on super trucker don't hesitate!
Lease yourself a large car 'for it's too late!
Come on super trucker, No money down!
Rooster crusin' large car commin' to town!

I know you're telling the truth. I Started: Feb.19, 2024. Ended: Mar. 12, 2024. They didn't discuss pay while in orientation. The question was asked about pay when we were getting lunch and orientation was almost over. That's when reality and the red flags started kicking in. But I stayed to see how it was going to go. Got my first check after my 1st full week and I was stunned. I drove over 2600 miles and made only $1,200 and after taxes brought home $900 (estimates). That's when I saw how much I was being paid which was $0.46 a mile. I never been under $0.58 a mile. That's like a big pay cut. So I quit. That was to much driving to have made that lil bit of money. When I was local, I brought home $1,200. The moral of the story is, I know you telling the truth.

Maybe you getting paid different. Bc I just started working for the company and the first check I got was not pleasing to me. They never discuss pay in orientation. It was after we signed the paperwork. They said they didn't discuss pay bc they didn't want us to discuss the pay with each other that might or could cause conflict. My truck cut off on me the 1st day while heading to take a load. They do keep you running but the pay is lousy. Every company I worked for paid me over $0.58 a mile. Suit paid me $0.46 a mile. So the company is probably good for you bc you might not have any other choice but to work there. But everything the first post said about Suit was not a lie bc I just been through it myself. I drove over 2600 miles. That was to many miles to make $1200 and after taxes bring home $900 and your ####### cool with that. I wasn't getting the money that I was working for. If I'm going to be driving in places where I didn't see on their ad which is false advertisement, I need to get paid more money.

Whenever you make it to orientation without knowing the pay. Expect to be ran in the ground for cheap. Companies that pay competitive love to brag about the pay.

And if they’re paying that low they should have all new equipment because the money definitely isn’t going to you.

You have to be a new driver.I can’t even imagine saying yes to a job which would be way before orientation without knowing what the pay is.Lessons learned my advice is learn from that experience never do it again
