Its next to impossible to get into linehaul with this company. My last company i got lucky to be in linehaul, but i eventually got bumped out of it by a P&D driver. I think I'll give my previous employer a call and see if he has any positions available. I liked it there better because the terminal manager actually used to be a truck driver unlike the job I'm at now

Not gonna add anything that hasn't been said before. You got three pages of good advice from veteran drivers. You live in an area where they have other driving jobs available.

Quitting while being ahead is not the same as quitting. Do it before they fire you.

It's best to leave and start over. It's clear he has a bad rep there

Stop doing LTL. No driver will be 100% on time to pick ups or deliveries 100% of the time. Carriers do not understand the concept of reality. And then put elog in the picture. This is why everything is getting crazy. Full throttle all day. Good solution for life.

Suspended indefitnitely? They're hoping you'll just quit and save everybody a lot of trouble.
Local LTL can be a real rat race some times until you learn your way around. Local LTL during the Holidays can be pure hell.
The company should have given you more training but your mistakes were mostly errors in personal judgement. The pressure you were under didn't help things.
There are other types of local jobs, tankers, dry bulk, dump trucks etc, that might suit you better until you build up a little accident free drviing time and good references.
    Then try local LTL again.

    That would be my suggestion.

    Everyone has a niche somewhere.
