Forced dispatch is not illegal. Forced dispatch means only that you don’t have any say in the load assignment you receive from your driver manager, planner or whoever dispatches you. That’s all it means. Most companies operate this way. It doesn’t mean they can force you to drive. No one can do that.

What I find interesting is you were fine driving an unsafe vehicle until you got fired. Then, all of a sudden you discover your moral compass. Again, no one can make you drive illegally or operate an unsafe vehicle. So don’t come in here acting all victim about it. You did it and then you come in here to whine when he fired you for whatever the real reason is.

And, just an FYI. Falsifying your log is illegal so if this guy is as “psycho” as you say, you might re-think that whole cops and lawyer thing. Else, you might just find yourself in hot water.

And no, you’re NOT a professional driver, but you do have a pretty good handle on not accepting responsibility for your own stupidity.

 

Don't come on here saying you're a professional driver. You shouldn't have drove that bucket of bolts. Cant handle constructive criticism? Maybe this place ain't for you. Peace.
