Swift does it again

I simply meant that if you dont want to go with Swift, then why not choose another company?

 

becaue all these other company are giving me the run around, example crst lied to me. USA trucking told me they dont do training, us express told me to call them back when i have 3 months of otr, schenider told me 3 months of otr, cr i would not do, and also roehl never called me back, knight never called back after i called 3 times , jb hunt told me 6 months, prime told me they had a waiting list for women 1 year list...so yeah swift last one

I know Prime has the wait... Just not enough female trainers to go around. And they dont want a man training a female, which I understand.

 

Doored the grass gets greener with swift just hang in there, if you are looking for higher pay consider working for an o/o through swift

 

i will just work for swift for 8 months then find something better, just got to stick it out,.....

 

also i dont care about male of female trainer, just as long as they do there part and train....

The policy is meant to protect both trainer and trainee. I know I wouldnt train a female. Not like Ill train anyone anyway. I like having my truck to myself.
