Swift driver: Lawrence, KS 11/17/08

I was the lost Gainey(GTS) driver that you helped to find DLM Foods. Again, I am grateful for all your help.
Story: I was unable to raise the customer on the phone, the QC directions were impossible due to a closed exit, I was near my appt time, and there was a ton of construction in the area. I got ahold of this Swift driver at the tollbooth and told her of my predicament. Luckily, she had been to the shipper before and told me how to get there. Being that I was kinda panicking about being late, I had a hard time mentally processing the info. She told me to follow her to the street I needed to take and after a few turns, Id find the shipper. I ended up finding everything just fine thanks to her, and although I arrived late, I still got loaded with no problems.

Getting out of there was 10x easier than getting in!
