I think you'd be OK with leotard and tights if you wore a loose baggy toga over the top. Nobody would notice.

    You've fallen off topic.

No APUs to provide for driver comfort..yet no idle policy was discussed in orientation. What was presented during orientation was no electric inverters above 400w allowed, unless documented need from a physician is provided requiring a C-Pap unit for those diagnosed with sleep apnea in which case the inverter is installed by Swift.

I have to sell two 1500 W inverters, a coffee pot and a microwave. It should recoup a Fair amount of the cost they will take from me as an employee to buy the kingpin kit and enforcer lock they will expect I use to 'secure' the loads. (the cost of the locks would NOT be returned to me in the event that for whatever reason I leave the company..the worn or used one I would return would simply be replaced, "free."

My projected cent per mile rate as an experienced driver was offered by my recruiter, however, my verified cent per mile rate has not been offered, and in meeting my DM his facial expression Strongly suggested I would NOT average 3000 miles per week running West of the Mississippi.

Both the Kingpin and Padlocks are better than what you can get at truckstop.
The KP lock is stupid you won't use it much.

    Good Morning from southern TX
My son is hopefully going to Laredo TX ,for the orientation some time around the end of the month ( 3 days ? is what the internet says ) . To drive a company truck for a month and then lease , and then come and get me to work for him !! and we team up . From what I have found out the truck P.C. will let him use a e-card of some kind to show hes hours of driving /sleeping etc... Will I use a old style log book for my time ( driving/sleeping ) or will I have a e-card to plug into ... Thanks and GOD Bless . ....................................................................................

You will be able to use the E- logs on the Qualcom. Make sure you are taught the proper procedures for teams using the e-logs.

What Innkeeper said. If I was you, I would find the time prior to getting on the truck to attend the E-log class.
