That might scare me a bit. Then, after the air clears, I would cuss his butt out and tell him that he doesn't deserve his cdl

Yes, when you see me running for my life away from my truck the cops will be coming for sure mind you on the other side barrier was 4 lanes of traffic with more cars so ya wasn't smartest thing but I was not gonna die from semi truck there was a off ramp across the barrier and other side the 4 lanes they got the guy I told the officers what happened he was arrested. I will say had I stayed there would have been a life-threatening event to me because my rig was not in one piece when I got back had nothing do with cars behind of me had to do with the semi I was avoiding you never see someone run so fast across those many lanes of traffic then me that day.

I would have done the same thing. I can't stand when someone shows blatant disregard for the lives of others. However, and this is my vengeful side coming out, I may have let him hit me and sued him and his company for every penny I could get, plus a monthly payment for the rest of my life.
