swift pay during training

    $0.25/mile to start(for runs 300+miles) for 3 months. There are several rate increases during the first year...

    When I was in orientation we were strongly encouraged to send in the macro 27 after midnight and before 6AM daily. I'm sure I would have been paid if it had been sent any other time of course, but I think their reasoning was to get the prospective driver used to sending in the macro 10 during that time as well if they were to go on and become a full fledged Swifty.

    One smart-alec in the class asked "what if I'm sleeping between midnight and 6AM?" Driver services told him he better set his alarm, that macro 10 needs to be in before 6AM or heads will roll.
