New driver here. 3 months OTR.
I’m not happy with swift. Is Cfi any better ?
Only thing I like about swift is my DL and I have a good relationship. They are reimbursing me for my school which is only 150$ a month. Lol.
Is CFI any better ? Recruiters will sell you a dream so I was seeing if Anyone had info on CFI ?
Should I just stay where I am for 6 months to a year to get into a real company ?

Might be helpful to know what it is you don't like about Swift, otherwise hard to know if someone else will be better.

What would you like to know about CFI? What are your issues at Swift?

You should stay for one year. Especially if they are reimbursing your tuition. Then all of the industry opens up to you. All trucking companies are pretty much the same. What could make you so unhappy in just 3 months? You're just scraping the surface at that amount of time. I can't help but wonder....is that fact that there are options at the 3 month mark influencing these thoughts?

CFI will tactically screw with you out there, they learn your weaknesses than exploit them.

I doubt they put that much effort into it, but considering your other thread claims they installed "mind reading tech" in your truck, I'd take your review with a large grain of salt.

If I were you, I would go to Maverick and learn flat beds. Maverick has a good reputation.
Look on Glass Door for employee ratings - there is good reason some companies get 4 stars and others get 2 1/2.

If you are a solid citizen with only one good year, time to apply to top shelf companies with 6 figure pay and excellent benefits.

They have a very nice campus. I work out of North Little Rock and pass their facility quite often. They did have a reefer division, but I haven’t seen those trucks in awhile so I think they may have gotten out of the reefer business.
