...*under breath...* if they REALLY want driver retention then start with the .70 a mile. None of that 30 something BS. But I think a percentage of drivers are going to have to shape up and be more professional for their part.

They must be putting a lot of emphasis on the risk analysis these days? I never understood what good it did to be in the far negative, like reaping any benefits I can't remember, but I think there was a limit on points to which you'd be terminated. I left the company with -27 points on my RA.
Apparently the glitch has still not been fixed, because even after the change over, I have a negative road report that just showed up. Can you confirm?
