Can't say I disagree with you there.

For years they left you alone in Canada to fuel where you could find a pump and travel whatever roads were practical to get where you were going. Now they've decided to start dictating fuel and routing in Canada, but they never fixed the problems that plagued them in the past when they tried it.

I run a dedicated route every week and every week I'm on the phone trying to get fuel stops where I need them rather than an hour out of my way or so far ahead I can't make it there.

Half the time my DM can't get places I normally go to come up, so I'm stuck fueling out of compliance.

The computer routing is just stupid. I don't even look at it anymore. I'm sure my out of route percentage is in the toilet right along with my fuel compliance.

    Rugerfan Thanks this.

I wish they would look into the actual miles they pay and the actual miles on the load. I once got paid for 1650 miles I believe it was and the actual miles were almost 1800. It won't happen, but would be nice to get back too more trucking instead of doing what a bad computer program says we can do.

They are installing cameras in new trucks, that's a new thing-they will be watching you. Supposedly only comes on when you get hard brake event, etc but Im sure they can turn it on whenever they please.

I hear they are doing the cams in the new JJW trucks too and will be adding them to the older trucks as well. The day my truck gets one is the day I clean my truck out and give them the keys back. Which is sad cause this has been a great company to work for.

I was told that ALL trucks will have camera installed within a year. Just something theyre trying to do to lower insurance rates. Theyre saying its to protect you the driver.

in-going driver cameras, EVERYONE should threaten to quit. I will NEVER, EVER work for a company that looks into me when I'm already working 10+ hours every day for free. GFYS.
