    With all this new found time, I’m considering going into real estate. I mean if I suck, I’m still on disability, if I’m good I won’t need disability.
    Although I’d rather train in one of the trades, I don’t think my dialysis schedule will be compatible.

    it is lucrative if you know how same with stocks I am just now getting into stocks, dividend stocks, some us bonds few others, my main source income is from old run down storage units That I repurposed and now a gold mine because oil field wants to use my space for there equipment I purchased them individually he apparently was losing money me and my expertise able run everything from a backhoe to a motor grader turned them into really nice lands and secure I bet that guy is regretting selling to me now I also purchased a few parcel lands I found nearby for sell and in process buying all lands nearby the unit. I have turned one the lands into area to sell water
