Talking Sense to a CSR

I needed to finish the final 276 mile leg of my trip last night (all day window of delivery from 0000-2300). Well I only had 5.25 hours left and I had a fuel stop on the way there (which I skipped to save time) which was going to cause me to be stranded without hours til midnight. Oh forgot to say 2300 central time, I'm on pacific time so that would be 3 hours and only had 5.5 hours rolling off. So I messaged and asked for later delivery by 3 hours or 13 hours which would have gotten a fresh 34 in. Standard reply: I mssgd CSR hrs ago, jst rll w it mac22 if nd b.

 

dam...i'm in trouble.
