tapping noise

    I have a 1990 kw t600 that has a tapping noise coming from the top end plus diesel is getting in the oil. need help

    Injector(s). I had an 11.1 Detroit that lost 2 injectors...filled the crankcase with diesel...I also had a 12.7 Detroit that blew the injector tube and filled my diesel tanks with coolant. Although I don't remember if either had a ticking sound.
