Teaming at Watkins & Shepard ... BEWARE

It is a GOOD thing for drivers to know the whole truth about how newbie teams are treated there.

 

Mnt Dew, weren't you solo there ? How was your solo experience ?

 

Exactly ! That's the purpose of this forum. To empower drivers to make informed career decisions.

Drivers should not have to be "one of the lucky ones" to make money.

 

How are the WS scores lately? They were Ugly when I was with them. I hear they are worse now. Having the PrePass taken away _ Again _ sounds bad.

 

I went broke... I met some great truckers there, liked the NC trainers for the orientation, but I had to leave and get a trucking job.

 

When Pre-Pass is taken away AGAIN...... that's when you know it's scary. Run away young man.

 

We hear that excuse from the pro W&S drivers a lot. Those of us on here call it the famous W&S "freedom". Drivers can't pay their bills but its okay because W&S gives them freedom so if it takes them a week to deliver a load then that's okay.


To quote William Wallace(a Watkins & Shephard driver ):

"They may foreclose on my house, repo my car, shut off my mobile phone, make me unable to pay for my daughters emergency surgery but they'll never take our FREE-DOM ! ! ! !"

Tell me drivers......What Do You Want ? A Living Wage With Benefits or FREE-DOM !!!

"Watkins-Shepard offers TOP PAY for 2 person and 3 person teams. We have actual team freight, excellent bonus program and benefit package. We also offer special team dispatch, separate from solo drivers. You owe it to yourself to call today
