Make sure you verbalize your pre-trip inspection and practice your brake check a few times and verbalize that as well— cost you an extra $60 and 3 additional days if you don’t— no need to ask me how I know this

    Pay attention to signs.

They may ask, “What did that sign we just passed say.”

My test was actually scheduled for Friday the 15 BUT has now been pushed back to May 12th BEYOND PISSED but was out of my control so now I wait.. UNLESS I can find a 3rd party examiner in the state of TN (which I spent all day yesterday doing & it’s impossible…)

sorry to hear that happened...but the old saying......"crap" happens.....and it does

it could be any number of reasons why, and sadly, they don't owe anyone an explanation.

stay up with any practice that the school can set up for you, the old saying, "practice makes perfect" applies here.

Yeah, it’s an extra $200 to retest here in Tennessee & because they backlog & lack of examiners there is about a 2-3 month wait to test BUT good news is they can give me test D & I got that as well as incab/break tests as well down to the science so I’m pretty confident there! Now the ole waiting game remains lol. Thanks for your advice!

    CAXPT Thanks this.
