What happened to the "your drivers are dumb" easy to use rotary controls from the EVO?

 

The gen 2s were so bad I'd hope the 3s would an improvement.

 

Well, since everything like this has gone up 50% I wonder if these will be north of $20k since the Evolution was $10-12k?

 

I am getting a free Evolution that is accidentally falling off of a truck. I’m keeping my current AC system and only using it for power. If this one wasn’t free I was going to buy a first gen or a carrier.

 

Id still pass. After how poorly my tripack did and the fact it looks like that thing has def emissions stapled on.....well lets just say the 1st gen was garbage, the second gen was worse and now they have a 3rd gen with def....methinks not a good idea. But im also baised after my 1st gen threw a rod at 2600 hours dispite consistsnt 750 hour maintainces.

 

1st gen was good. Looks like you can get dpf and non dpf model. It's nice to see they brought back button display vs that turn knob crap

 

I like my first gen. Saved me thousands in fuel and charges batteries while truck is parked.
