So they moved him from safety douche in Phoenix to out there? I can't stand that guy. How did you lose the load?

 

He's the desinated rover, he goes where they need things screwed up the most. He still has a trailer in PHX.

 

Only one guy that I can stand is Jerry in Cheney yard. Other guys are douches, including Dale and Joe. Bunch if arrogant pricks that treat drivers like scum. These lowlifes forget its cause of our underpaid work they get paychecks.

 

Jerry I like. Joe is your typical know it all ex truck driver who drove for junk companies like CRST. Dale drives me nuts just looking at him. Those new bright green shirts they have to wear crack me up. Maybe one day they will care more about just driving trucks and delivering freight than they do all the stupid technology

 

I used to be their biggest fan. I can't be totally sure but I think when Dennis started taking over more the of long term plans it turned into the swift of flatbed

 

My dispatchers Dave and Darel here in spokane valley are awesome and treat us very well. Then again we only have like 100 or so drivers to the entire JJW fleet and have mostly dedicated customer we haul for. Its the guys in the big office that seem to be messing everything up.

 

That's the same way with Phoenix. A good group of guys that aren't into the crap. Just trucking.

 

The new dispatch is a joke. Its so confusing not even my driver manager knows wtf is going on. Oh yeah log dept didnt back up logs for drivers so if you forgot to email them to yourself Sunday night youre screwed.

 

Yea I been printing my out at home sense May so I have hard copies of logs and paystubs. Gotta keep on them every week about paying me right. Its like Im running my own trucking business except Ive opted for an under powered, under geared, coffin sleeper truck. Thats always dirty cause the guys they hire dont know how to wash truck and Im not doing it for free. Lol
