If the man has 200 million to spend on a project I can guarantee you this is not the beginning of his research it is most likely near the end of his research.
It’s kind of like when the FBI comes knocking on your door to ask you a few questions.
At that point they have done months of investigation and by the time they get to your door they have what they need but they still have a few questions for you.

Also; maybe near the huge industrial areas near edwardsville, Illinois; outside of the Chicago area south; maybe on 55 or 57; definitely near Seattle; Tacoma; and maybe off of I16 near savannah where there is soon to be huge investment in the port area there......

With a $200MM budget, he can get more than just responses from a website.

He can fly to a good sample sized selection of existing truck stop and do an actual face-to-face survey of truckers and the gaps that exist in current offerings, and hence have a valid, viable reason to spend $200MM

Absolutely. The current situation is pretty bad.

 

Well clean decent showers and a good restaurant are a real good start you could add a truck wash later. A spa is a waste of time and money if you ask me. WIFI, and the rest is just icing on the cake to me
