Curbs are just there to protect the sidewalk

Its called a curb CHECK for a reason. You have to make sure they are still there.

Here's one for the DAC report. This driver is going to get arrested for property damage and theft since he also took this item with him right out the gate and down the road.

I don't get anything (photo wise) other than 2 attachment links, both of which show an error of invalid attachment when I click them? Anyone else have this problem, or is it just me/my computer?

The curb was not the big deal. The motel manager called it in 6 weeks after it happened. My company knew about the issue that night but the guy never called in so it wasn't an issue until I guess possibly the owner decided he wanted his curb fixed. Like I said. I would have so gladly paid the 800 bucks or so my company said the damages came to. Just letting people know. If you know you may have exceeded the preventables quota at your company. Quit before they go through the process to terminate you. It will save your career. They can't put damning remarks on your DAC report. I know there are a lot of self righteous bigots on here but thankfully most trucking companies understand that small accidents happen to the best of us. If your preventables weren't involving other vehicles or humans most trucking companies will pick you up.
