Thermo king codes 3 and 11 Help!

    Hi
    I have a ThermoKing SBIII. Its giving me codes 3 and 11. Unit is set for 0 but display shows its 13 in the box and unit doesn't turn back on.
    I've read what the codes mean. Seems like there is a problem with the return air sensor.
    Wondering if there is something I can check.

    Put it through a defrost cycle to make sure that's working,otherwise it's likely a bad return sensor or the two pins that connect it to the micro.It's a good idea to change the sensor and pins and the sensor grade has to be calibrated to the correct number in the micro.So you might want to take it to TK when it's empty.

    Hello. Did they solve this? today, my unit is showing the same. code 3 and 11, have it set at 34, but display showing 44.
