That's the accumulator tank,it freezes on defrost or heat because the throttling valve is closing and choking off the liquid freon so it doesn't get back to the compressor. That,s normal, after it goes back on to cool mode it will disappear.
Did you pull the defrost line off the wall of the reefer yet as someone else suggested to see if water drains out?

Hey, i tried to pull the drain hose off the wall of the reefer but couldn’t take that off ‘cuz the unit is so hot.i feel that everything will be fine if the water comes out from the drain but its not coming. I need to find out tomorrow. i will try to take that off after delivery tomorrow morning and will let you know.
I can’t belive that the unit is working on the high rpm since Friday and my head is fckd up because of the noise…
Btw when it reaches at the temperature set point(-10),the rpm returns to low and the temperature slowly drops back to 0 and high rpm starts again and It takes a long time to drop back to -10 and never shift to defrost mode unless push the button manually and no water comes out.

Is the reefer on start/stop mode or continuous run mode?

It was on Continuous mode since friday. Just delivered the load and got some pics of the water tray. And saw only the passenger side of the tray got frozen.

Well there's your problem.Check the tray when it thaws for debris but the blockage usually happens in the drain tubes right at the top where they are connected to the wall because they make direct curve down and stuff gets stuck there.

So I should check the drain tubes from the wall of the unit outside, right?

View attachment 566341 I put the air inside of the drain hose and a lot of dirt came out to outside. Should i put the air on the other side too? I mean to the connector? Or will i get damage if i put the air in it??

Pour water in the top of the hoses and make sure it runs out the end of the hoses. When tray thaws out pour water in tray and make sure it runs out of the pipes. If so it should be good.
