Yep, it's there. Disconnected every sensor yesterday and nothing changed with the alarms, including 68. Couldn't see any voltage at coolant-temp sensor so maybe it's just no longer able to generate the 5v for the sensors. If that happens in the controller, that's where the problem would be . . .

Is led 23 for the on off relay ?
Can you check on the diagram?

Right, we've already confirmed that led 23 relates to that relay. The light is solid red and not flashing red. Could the relay be bad? Would the hmi controller even be on and accessible if so?

The relay could be bad but it's all part of the board, unfortunately they stopped using plug in relays. Are all the codes sensors reading a broken line on the hmi or just the coolant sensor?

I thought those relays felt a little tight I think I poked one or two sensors that I knew had 5 volts going to them and never found voltage. I was leaning toward controller unless that red light means it's the ON-OFF Relay. Gotta be a good solderer if you're gonna change it!

Yeah but what are the sensors reading on the hmi screen.

Ok if you haven't already tried you can pull the plug connections off the bottom of the board and spray out with brakleen. Also check the ground wires behind the battery.I had similar problem to this years ago but cant remember what the xxxx it was.Unfortunatly it may end up being the board.

I shot compressed air into all of the plugs but didn't use Brakleen. I didn't pull the ground wires off of that brick behind the battery but the multimeter showed all grounds working (that's no guarantee of course). Welp, I'll try to post what we find after I get back to it. Driver took it home yesterday. Thanks for the responses!
