The answer should be on the website. If not a correct answer would most likely be found by calling a recruiter...

I had a guy in my orientation class that was not a C1 graduate. This question came up. If my memory is correct you will get the same pay as the C1 grads if you just have a class A with no experience.

minus the one year obligation.......

I think your answer's on the picture that this guy posted

I have a friend that just quit USA. He was a newbie and out with a trainer for 3 weeks. He said there was not a day he was out that they didn't break the law. Trainer was trying to teach him how to make the log books "right" (wrong) The job is dangerous enough why take dangerous short cuts or tire the driver. That's how accidents happen. His advice for anyone considering USA is RUN! Very low pay, illegal log books, way to much time out on the road.

thats not all accurate information. My trainer with them did not train me to be run illegal log books,my pay is good, and i go home every weekend for 2 full days 99 percent of the time

I just re-read this post for maybe the 10th time just now. I am not the brightest bulb in the room, but I just noticed something about it. If a trainer and trainee are running illegal it's usually because of excessive hours on duty. Then followed by creative logging to cover it up. Right now with the average weekly miles being on the low side, how can there be excessive hours on duty? I am not driving for USA Truck any more. I average around 2500 to 3000 miles a week and run a legal logbook. When I started with USA Truck I had 2 trainers. Both taught me how to maximize my hours but stay legal. One final thing, why is it not your friend making this report? There are some detailed questions I would love to ask this friend.
As I try to make clear when I make these kinds of posts. I was fired from USA Truck. Yes I am not a big fan of the management or the maintenance dept of this company. However I know from personal experience the safety dept there is clamping down on illegal logbooks. I know of several drivers who has been fired by safety for this very reason. When asked my opinion about USA Truck I do advise against signing on, not because of illegal activity being the norm (because it is not). But because it's my opinion the USA Truck management is borderline incompetent. It's for the sake of some good people in Van Buren that my daily prayer is for this to get fixed. This company at it's heart is not a bad company. Their customer base is good and I for the most part enjoyed my time there, and while there I was never asked to or directed to drive illegal period!bigmikectn Thanks this. -
I don't see how a team truck would have to run illegal. USA Truck is incapable of dispatching a team truck out of hours. They don't know how to dispatch a team truck period.

Yes...but you live in Texas.
Now tell everyone how long a driver who has been out 5 weeks, and lives in Florida gets to take off.....when they get home.
