I agree, do Dumb $h1t and reap the benefits of what you’ve sewn. Maybe being outed online a dozen times or so might make them try to do better.

The phone is great for proving all you did was knock on his door and asked him to move. Cause boneheads that love to put their hands on people love to claim the other guy hit him first. I don’t agree on putting it on social media and such tho.

Point taken and understood. While I don't condemn what the inconsiderate dudes parking and blocking fuel island did, nor would i do such a thing. One must consider someone who is that inconsiderate might be easily provoked by a youtuber wanna be tough guy jamming a phone in their face.

I usually try to show others respect, even if they are blatantly in the wrong. Once someone starts yelling or trying to shove a cell phone in my face I usually simply state are you ok? Did you remember to take your meds today?

Yes he should have went about it in a better way..he could’ve recorded it and simply knocked on the trucks and asked them to move…my beef is with the clowns who park like this without any consideration whatsoever of others

The last 3-4 years alone I’ve seen idiocy out here multiply so much I’m no longer proud to work in this industry. I was talking to one driver the other night and she was complaining her company’s trailer were junk because a wheel fell off. That she assumed because the trailer was almost new the it would be fine.

another instance, another new breed genius handed me a trailer that was full of brake defects, and when asked if he did a pre trip and saw the problems, I got “I don’t know how to look for that stuff, man. I only drive for swift for a few years”.

basically the drivers were too lazy to get off their #### and to the required pre trip. What’s really infuriating is these pos mega training companies that don’t train their drivers at all!! And now they want the half wits at FMCSA want to let these trainees drivers to go by themselves without a trainer with just a permit??

I blame the ####### at ATA and their big company lobbyists for this mess. Instead of paying good, experienced knowledgeable drivers what they should’ve been paid or investing in better training they either completely dumb down the standards so anyone with not even half a working brain cell can drive these trucks or put keep putting idiots through the high turnover meat grinder. :angry5:
