    "It was definitely 15 over"

If you know this for a fact, you are screwed. A 15 over is considered a serious violation regardless of what state you were in.
I highly doubt Schneider is going to hire you at this point.

Do they usually make that decision at orientation or beforehand? I've already been drug tested and have two flights scheduled for a refresher course and then orientation. It was in a personal vehicle over 3 years ago... The recruiter also knows it's for 10 and over. If they wanna waste all that money on me, get me a refresher course and then refuse to hire me when I've been 100% honest with them... well, that's their loss, and I'll walk away with a "free" refresher course and go to another company.

I'm really hoping it works out because they seem pretty good as far as megas go.

You are screwed, it isn't just megas that will not hire you, insurance doesn't like people who get tickets like that, and insurance companies run this industry.

If you say so... Most companies don't even go more than 3 years back.

Companies bring potential hires to their facilities and write off the cost of the trip as a recruiting expense. Just because a Recruiter invites you to come in, does mean you will be hired, or see a day in the refresher course. If you do a search here on the forums, you will find threads where folks thought all was well, their Recruiter said not to worry, showed up, and the Company did not hire them. Hope it all works out for you, but I would not bank on anything a recruiter says.

In this case it's not just a simple trip, it's a urine and hair test (done already) and two transports by plane. I also got on the recruiters case about my concerns but she said not to worry.

Yes they do. A bunch will look at what they can find going back 7 years, then you have people who own fleets like me who will have your entire license record that is available and everything it taken in account.

    UsualSuspect Thanks this.

I told you how. Others told you too. Each of us have different ways of finding it out, mine is expensive - it is a in-depth background check better than the FBI's check.

"The recruiter also knows it's for 10 and over."

Try telling them it was 15 and over. Then ask if you can proceed...

    UsualSuspect and driverdriver Thank this.
