A big company like schneider I would figure they watch a popular trucking forum like TTR. Not like some driver here is posting illegal activity here. As for empty trailers, I would go into a Wal-Mart or target and find a lot of empties trailers but 70% are red tag. I remember going to family dollar and all empties were oos. Had to pick up the least damage trailer roll and get it fix.

S.e.m are okay....it's the shop that bother me. I know it's not d.o.t related but something like a/c or bunk heater fix it plz. I go in and they are like wait till your pm is due and we'll fix it....maybe. I'm living on the road atleast attempt to help me do my job. I ask to fix my city horn and they said wait till I get a ticket then they'll fix it....really? How about avoiding the ticket and fix my horn. I go and to fix my light marker on the truck and they say it's gonna be two hours. When they finally realize I'm not leaving till it's fix, 30 minutes later a guy comes and do a 10 minute job. I want to drive a safe truck while be comfortable and be mentally awake, not cover in sweat because they refuse to fix my ac or not be able to sleep because I'm freezing all night.

Empty trailers, dispatch, s.e.m that's in all company and I'm able to deal with it just fine. But everytime I go back into my truck after sitting near the shop for repairs, and realize they didn't do anything.....that's when I just want to leave schneider. Winter is coming and my bunk heater doesnt work properly, my ac still doesn't work since summer. My year is up in December. So we'll see

Maybe they did, and that's the person blacking out the phone numbers on the trailers in an effort to duplicate the same behavior they show on their facebook page deleting posts they don't like.

Because the number is on the back of the trailer? An SNI driver can simply call the 800# all SNI drivers know and ask for the "driver complaint line" if they have an issue with a fellow driver and if any SNI driver feels the need to worry about that number on the trailer, they need to reassess their carrier choice.

If you start out your day concerned that you might have to do something dangerous that would result in a call, forget that number business, dash cams and cell phones have got you coming and going nowadays.
