I tried that defense when HR wanted to fire one of my drivers that was in day 89 or his 90 day probation. He got the axe for a late delivery because the ramp to the customer was closed and he had to go 15 miles further to get safely turned around. They still canned him and that was probably the beginning of the end for me.

 

You haven't seen anything until you've seen a little lady driving here Civic with her knees eating a bowl of cereal at 45 miles an hour. Talk about distracted. Sandwiches are hardly a distraction!

Maybe the driver married his own sister,and the cop had dibs
on her.He then staked out Mc donalds knowing they would show
up for one of their three meals that day.

Correct kind of device although not a butterfly, she had cloth wrapped around her ankles also, it was just unbelievable, imho. I did of course help being a gentleman and all, well after I got up off the ground laughing.
