Tickets on your MVR

    Do they actually remove it after 3 years, or ONLY offer companies the ability to purchase a 3 year driving record?

    EDIT: actually I got curious so I looked it up. NON TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS in the state of AL are removed after three years and any points associated with those charges are removed after 2 years.

    Now for traffic violations, they are NEVER removed off of your driving record, but you do lose their point values towards suspensions after 2 years. That is per the AL DMV website.

    I got a seatbelt ticket that was coded as city ordinance with no inspection in sc will it be on csa

    with insurance companies it is from the date of the occurrence (day that it happened).

    with your driving record it is from the date of disposition (the date the matter was resolved in the court).
