Do you guys seem to have time to work out or exercise while on the road?

Noticed I am way more than I ever had been in my life when I got my physical done and was wondering how realistic shaving 50 lbs was while driving.

No matter where your at, at the end of the day you have a 10 hour break. Get the shorts out and sneakers, start out with a walk, then increase to a run over time.
Dropping weight is 20% exercise, 80% what you eat; changing your diet will help with dropping pounds off.
Both are hard options but you should be able to drop 50 pounds if your a guy by summers end.
Women, a little harder if your up in years; so says the wife.

    I need 25# off!

All you gotta do is cut out much of the bread / pasta, do some walking, jogging if you can.

20 minutes of walking is a mile, it's the miracle drug everyone is searching for.

Absolutely correct. It’s also the miracle most don’t want to work for. Myself included some days.

Cut out fast food and all things white (like processed sugar, salt, rice, bread). Eat more fruits and veggies. Walk. When I was home on medical for a wrist issue, I dropped 25 lbs. in 6 weeks. My wife and MIL go out to eat a lot since it's just the two of them(to regular restaurants not fast food), when I was home I went with them and often chose the grilled chicken, just a salad bar, or just a much smaller portion size of whatever I normally would have gotten. I also dropped my diet soda consumption to 1 a day, and substituted it with mostly water and the occasional Propel (Propel is basically gatorade without all the sugar and artificial colors).

Carry a folding bicycle inside the truck. Google for some good prices on those.
Don't store it outside the truck because it's impossible to keep clean there.
Probably tie it down on the top bunk.

Or take front wheel off and maybe seat, and drape it over seat and belted in
