A broker smells a chip on the shoulder, you need to learn how to talk to them, I’m new to the industry sometimes I get good loads sometimes crap, it’s all about building relationships with good brokers.
Some have started to remember me so I’m making headway.
And with God’s help I’ll get there.
Yes they give their good loads to their favorites as they are proven to haul but the favorites also pull loads that are crap for them so it’s a working relationship. -
