Glad I finally found someone to ask lol I know that they run 12 out 2 home is that true and what kinda miles would I be averaging I talk to one guy that worked there he said the miles where good
TMC for me and soon hopefully. I talked to them again and I'm still in they just needed some more information. Things move slow and they are selective but that is fine with me. I want a quality employer with quality employees. I work hard, rise to challenges and am a natural leader. I'm hoping those qualities mesh with this company as well as I think they will.
Yeah I believe I'm kinda liking them myself for the same reasons I've worked hard my whole life from factory to construction and so on I don't mind working hard it makes you feel better at the end of the day when you starting 28th them
I'm thinking that's when I'll start talked to them earlier they done had all my stuff verified and cleared are you experienced or fresh out of school
What are you wanting in the way of hometime? That could be a deciding factor between the two as I believe Melton wants you to stay out a little bit longer.
Actually iam starting tmc cdl program on the 25th. Pretty sweet gig if i do say so. Its 3wks long. So i do orientation while doing the cdl portion. So really i only add one extra week on Because there training is already 2 weeks long as it is so iam just adding on a week. Then out with the trainer.
That's true I think it's like 12 out 2 home with Melton but they do have apu which is a factor and I haven't heard much bad about them like I said I have pre hires for both just want more info before deciding I got a couple months experience on van local do you have any info
Oh ok I see I would justhave the two weeks and them trainer done got a CDL just not much experience only a couple months local van which I hated
