I think he should bail on USX. He's running teams, so he's making money for USX; it's not costing them anything.

@pattyj It's rare that a company will pay your exit fee home.

 

Some will if you give them a notice.Werner paid for my way home.It also depends if your dispatcher likes you.

 

Good point, but I think USX does too. He's already screwed if he has to do a road test in a manual.

 

Don't leave if you're still in training. Like several others have said, stay for at least 6 months before you decide to quit.
